My name is Andrew. I am a Scottish-born sake brewer and guide. I fell in love with sake while living in Japan and have spent the past ten years working in various sake breweries across the country, including in Okayama, Hiroshima, and Hyogo. This experience has given me invaluable insight into the industry and a deep appreciation for the many wonders of sake.
