My name is Andrew. I am a Scottish-born sake brewer and guide based in Japan. After falling in love with sake during a trip to the country, I moved here to master the craft. I have spent the past decade working hands-on in breweries across Okayama, Hiroshima, and Hyogo—an experience that gave me deep insight into traditional production techniques and the industry at large.

Through guided regional brewery tours and curated tastings, I share my passion for Japan’s national beverage, demystify the brewing process, and offer authentic access to a fascinating world.
